Order Processing
Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and express shipping options.
Estimated delivery time varies based on location:
Standard Shipping:7 – 15 business days
Express Shipping: 7 – 15 business days (additional cost may apply)
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange-only on purchased products. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
An item is eligible for exchange if:
It arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong product.
It remains unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
Contact us at Info@artcraft.africa within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange.
The replacement product will be shipped within 7 days after approval.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Customized or personalized products.
Items not returned in their original condition.
Items reported for exchange after 7 days of delivery.
